3. Save as Welcome.vbs and copy the file
4. Goto C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\StartMenu\Programs\Startup
and paste the file.
*Appdata is hidden if needed unhide hidden files
5.Restart your PC
